Protect America's Migratory Birds

The century-old Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) is one of our country's oldest conservation laws, created to safeguard more than 1,000 species from threats like illegal hunting, toxic waste, poorly placed wind turbines, and oil spills.
