Skagit River starts in Canada. This article (link) from the Seattle Times appeared in my feed. The Seattle Times has a pay wall. The article has to do with Imperial Metals (What a name, eh?) which aims to do exploratory mining for minerals in the headwaters of the #SkagitRiver. Egads!
