Washington Spectator Expose: Federal Court Instructs FCC to Review Electromagnetic Radiation Standards 

Reporter Barbara Koeppel published an article in the Washington Spectator featuring Environmental Health Trusts' winning lawsuit against the FCC regarding its outdated so called "safety" limits for human exposure. The expose highlighted EHT's new and latest legal filing to the FCC calling for the agency to ensure an up to date review of the latest science.  

Expert Forum After Board of Health Votes for Cease and Desist of Verizon Cell Tower 


History is being made in Pittsfield, Massachusetts USA. The City Board of Health voted to send a cease and desist regarding a Verizon cell tower after several neighbors became sick when a cell tower was powered up in Pittsfield MA. The Board voted to send the case and desist if Verizon did not come to a discussion and demonstrate significant commitment that they will do something "to resolve the issue to the board's satisfaction."

On February 28th, 2022 an expert forum featured the science and policy of cell towers.

New Hampshire Legislature Votes To Study Cell Tower Setback Bill


The New Hampshire legislature voted to send historic legislation on cell tower radiation to interim study after hearing extensive testimony regarding the health effects of cell tower radiation. House Bill 1644 would establish a setback of 1640 feet for cellular antennas.

Massachusetts Medical Association Adopts Resolution on Wireless Safety Standards


The Massachusetts Medical Association voted to adopt a resolution calling for more research and evidence-based data on the effects of radio frequency radiation on human health. "If indicated, study findings should be used to revise and update public health standards for safe limits of human exposure to radio frequency radiation."
