The Port of Bellingham will build two buildings at the corner of W. Laurel and Granary Avenue. There will be 126 units for residents and several commercial units at street level. If interested in seeing the design and intents, here is how I found them. Maybe there is a more straightforward route but I didn't find one.
First, locate the Oct 4, 2022 meeting of the Design Review Board at the following COB.org page:
