NhRP Insiders Update

We learned late yesterday that the Connecticut Superior Court has dismissed our petition for a common law writ of habeas corpus on behalf of captive elephants Beulah, Karen, and Minnie. Here is my statement and a link to the decision, which I encourage you to read and share.
Remember: this is just the beginning of our strategic long-term litigation campaign on behalf of these and other elephants. If you know the NhRP, you know that we are fully confident in the social, historical, political, and legal justice of our arguments and that nothing deters us from advocating for our nonhuman animal clients' fundamental interests. Please keep up the #RumbleForRights on social media, and if you can, consider making a tax-deductible year-end donation to help us prepare for the legal fight ahead.
Thank you!
